Online Tests with Google Forms

A high school teacher talks about using Google Forms to create Self-Correcting Tests.

Here are the templates we use for various tests and quizzes. I think the most important take away from this is not have a test correct itself which is worthwhile for teachers because of the time saved, but for the students to receive feedback soquic timely. Used as a quick and immediate check for understanding from the class. The next step is to analyze the data over time and see trends either by student, unit or range of questions.

I work in the technology department for 3rd - 6th grade school and have been trying to find a way to implement tests via google forms. The problem we have is sharing the test results with both the students and the parents in a nice clean format. Is this something you've had to deal with? If so, how did you resolve the issue? Thank you for your time.

  2. Hi Scott, depending on the circumstance, we've filtered individual student data into a separate tab and share that tab with the student to they only see their own results.
