Thanks for continuing to share your systems and experiences. I have learnt so much from you since our school went Google. Gotta say that your Stages One and Two are neatly taken care of by Teacher Dashboard for us :) leaving teachers to focus on the learning and teaching.
Ka kite in NZ

DorothyAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16486794203463798461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35635127.post-48947486926460688892013-01-19T11:23:55.839-05:002013-01-19T11:23:55.839-05:00Excellent work, Kern!
This seems to me to be a ...Excellent work, Kern!

This seems to me to be a textbook example of how to approach workflow - the one element that is missing from GApps straight out-of-the-box. Where there is enough expertise (or someone like you on the team), then procedural steps like naming conventions for documents or forms for hand-in can provide a wonderful (and near-free) solution. In some circumstances, Scripts might be appropriate in automating some of those steps. And in yet other schools, a third-party (and paid) product like Teacher Dashboard could be the right answer. Whatever works...

I'll certainly be demonstrating this to the schools I work with to show them that it is easily-achievable.

Thanks again,

MarkMark Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14096143811735384927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35635127.post-62638648592555353902013-01-18T17:43:47.042-05:002013-01-18T17:43:47.042-05:00Reallly impressive work and helpful suggestions.
